Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failing to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the booked service amount. Reschedules and cancellations made on the same day of your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the booked service amount. No show appointments will also result in a fee of 100% of the booked service amount and you will no longer be able to book future appointments. Lateness exceeding 10 minutes will be considered a no show and will be charged accordingly. I greatly appreciate the understanding of this policy to ensure equal opportunities for all my clients.
